Sue-Ellen Welfonder's passions: Scotland. The paranormal. Dogs. Welfonder, a Longboat Key resident, wishes dogs everywhere were as beloved as her Jack Russell terrier, Em. So, she has contributed a story, 'A Man, a Woman and Haggis' to 'Tails of Love,' an anthology of never published stories from 10 authors. Part of the authors' proceeds will go to the Animal Adoption Foundation.
