Chance and his caretaker, Pam Rosaire-Zoppe, educated Selby visitors on chimpanzees and the local non-profit. The visit is a part of the Garden's Thanksgiving Break Family Extravaganza, which runs until Sunday, Dec. 1.

The fourth annual Sarasota SAL Half Marathon of Palmer Ranch took place this morning Sunday, Dec. 1. Runners enjoyed the cool, foggy weather while running through Palmer Ranch neighborhoods. The marathon benefited the Sarasota Sheriff's Activity League, a non-profit organization that helps local children stay active.
