Sarasota Cuban Ballet School Summer Intensive

4740 Cattlemen Road, Sarasota

Details: The six-week program includes ballet, pointe, repertoire, variations, pas de deux, dance conditioning, stretching, character and contemporary. The three levels include beginners starting on prep for pointe or level pointe, intermediates with at least two years on pointe, and advanced students with at least three years on pointe. All levels will have the opportunity to perform at the Sarasota Opera House on July 18.

Details: Under the direction of Sarasota Opera’s professional artistic and production staff, campers experience and study the many facets of opera. Details: Designed for pre-college singers, the Sarasota Opera Vocal Academy is a new addition to Sarasota Opera’s education programs. The six-day vocal intensive offers specialized training in operatic performance.
