Longboat Key fire station to host open house March 25

Fun for all ages is on the schedule for March 25, when Longboat Key Fire Rescue hosts an open house from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Station 92.

Visitors can meet the community's first responders, check out EMS and fire equipment, enter to win a raffle basket and even enjoy a free hot dog with snacks.

Sarasota Memorial Hospital will also be providing free blood pressure screenings.
