The Sarasota Police Department recently arrested three people on multiple charges ranging from illegal weapons to sexual assault of a minor. On Jan. 8, the SPD’s SWAT, Community Action Team and Strategic Investigations Unit executed a search and arrest warrant at a home at 1579 28th St.
The warrants were completed in conjunction with Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office as part of an ongoing investigation of 20-year-old Justus Mills, who was wanted in Hillsborough County on charges that include possession and sale of Glock switches, an accessory capable of converting a conventional gun into a fully automatic weapon.
Mills was arrested and charged with five felony counts including three counts of possession and sale of bump stocks and unlawful use of two-way communications.
While officers were at the scene, police said probable cause was established to arrest 22-year-old Gevynn Cisneros, who was also in the home. She was placed under arrest on three counts of possession and sale of bump stocks, and possession of marijuana in excess of 20 grams.

After his arrest, officers found additional evidence resulting in charging Mills with possession of a firearm by a felony delinquent.
