It's becoming an even more exclusive neighborhood.

To land in East County's top 15 sales of 2025, a house would need to sell for $3.75 million or more.

In 2024, a house that sold for $3.25 million or more made the list.

Only one house sold for more than $6 in 2025, which was one less than the two that sold for more than $6 million in 2024. However, while seven homes sold for $4 million or more in 2024, 14 of the 15 homes (actually 16 because there was a tie for No. 15), sold for $4 million or more.

Here are the top sales of 2025.


1. The Lake Club

SD TLC LLC sold the home at 15315 Anchorage Place to Patrick Mulva and Mary Mulva, trustees, of Lakewood Ranch, for $6.3 million. Built in 2024, it has five bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool and 5,997 square feet of living area.


2. Country Club

Ben Cornish and Mamie Stroud-Cornish, of San Antonio, Texas, sold their home at 7045 Portmarnock Place to Steven Zockoll, of Lakewood Ranch, for $5.9 million. Built in 2002, it has six bedrooms, eight baths, a pool and 3,843 square feet of living area. It sold for $2,61 million in 2020.


3. The Lake Club

David Ramsdell and Kevin Long, of Siesta Key, sold their home at 16407 Clearlake Ave. to Vasilios and Jennifer Kiritsis, of Sarasota, for $5,78 million. Built in 2023, it has four bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,967 square feet of living area. It sold for $4.51 million in 2023.

Patrick and Mary Mulva, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the home at 15315 Anchorage Place to Robert and Marie Fishman, of Lakewood Ranch, for $5.45 million. Built in 2024, it has five bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool and 5,997 square feet of living area. It sold for $6.3 million in 2024.



5. Lakehouse Cove at Waterside

Marc Allan Socol and Margaret Socol, of College Grove, Tennessee, sold their home at 991 Seascape Place to James and Kassie Genovere, of Sarasota, for $5.18 million. Built in 2023, it has four bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool and 5,196 square feet of living area.


6. Lake View Estates at the Lake Club

Peter and Peggy Dobler sold their home at 14665 Como Circle to Zenon and Carol Nile, of Bradenton, for $5.1 million. Built in 2021, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 5,320 square feet of living area.


7. The Lake Club

Steven and Marilynn Monahan, of Downers Grove, Illinois, sold their home at 16416 Baycross Drive to Richard and Katherine Barrett, of Lakewood Ranch, for $4.8 million. Built in 2015, it has five bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool and 6,160 square feet of living area. It sold for $3.69 million in 2020.


8. Country Club

Miklos Berente and Nora Zita Berente, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 6923 Westchester Circle to Timothy Jay Rivas and Diane Marie Rivas, of Lakewood Ranch, for $4.45 million. Built in 2003, it has five bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool and 6,010 square feet of living area. It sold for $1.9 million in 2021.


9. Wild Blue at Waterside

Anchor Builders Concession 9 Phase 3 LLC sold the home at 1158 Blue Shell Loop to James Jones and Christy Jones, trustees, of Blue Springs, Missouri, for $4.43 million. Built in 2024, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,523 square feet of living area.


10. Pomello Park

Stephane and Delphine Nadal, of Miami, sold their home at 7520 213th St. E. to Thomas Loiczly and Premier Trust Inc., trustees, for $4.28 million. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, three-and-two-half baths, a pool and 4,501 square feet of living area. It sold for $2.83 million in 2022.


11. Wild Blue

Erik and Elaine Kleiner sold their home at 1151 Blue Shell Loop for $4.23 million to Anthony Michael Demarin and Lori Lynn Demarin, of Manitoba, Canada. Built in 2025, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,652 square feet of living area.


12. Reserve at Harbour Walk

 Kami Pentecost, of Bradenton, sold her home at 676 Regatta Way to Jeb and Breanne Mulock, of Bradenton, for $4.025 million. Built in 2021, it has four bedrooms, six-and-a-half baths, a pool and 5,560 square feet of living area.


13. Country Club

Jeffrey Scott Millea and Krista Millea, of Bradenton, sold their home at 12411 Highfield Circle to Timothy Garrison, of Lakewood Ranch, for $4 million. Built in 2021, it has six bedrooms, five baths, a pool and 6,069 square feet of living area.


13. Concession

John and Tammy Miller, trustees, of Newport Beach, California, sold the home at 8487 Lindrick Lane to Darren Stephen Slegg and Hend Haymour, of Bradenton, for $4 million. Built in 2024, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,816 square feet of living area.


15. The Lake Club

Eric Audette and Wendy Jestings, of Bradenton, sold their home at 14839 Como Circle to Leanne Sauerland, trustee, of Shaker Heights, Ohio, for $3.75 million. Built in 2019, it has four bedrooms, five baths, a pool and 4,314 square feet of living area. It sold for $3,509,000 in 2022.


15. Concession

Ricardo and Donna Espino, of Bradenton, sold their home at 18916 Ganton Ave. to Joel King, of Bradenton, for $3.75 million. Built in 2015, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,428 square feet of living area.
