Seaplace Condominiums host annual pancake breakfast

Seaplace Condominiums started Presidents Day weekend with homemade pancakes, sausages and mimosas at their annual pancake breakfast.

The breakfast was held at 10 a.m. on Feb. 17 at the clubhouse. June Hessel, Maria Pozantidis and Debbie Andy made fresh pancakes as people came up and grabbed servings. 

Sandy Endres was the bartender filling everyone's cups with orange juice and Champagne. Mike Nuzzo and John Berg manned the grill outside with sausages and talked about their Saturday plans of going out into the Gulf to look for sharks.

Multiple residents said this was the perfect event to bring guests and show them what the Longboat Key lifestyle is like. Rosita and Leone Louie came to visit Elia and Maria Pozantidis for the week. 

Rosita Louie said the breakfast gave them the opportunity to meet the Pozantidis' neighbors and feel the atmosphere of the tight-knit Seaplace community.
