Three listings by Realtors with Michael Saunders and Co. placed in the 2023 HGTV Ultimate House Hunt competition.
More than 1.2 million votes were cast in the monthlong online competition held annually on HGTV. There were 84 finalist luxury homes across the U.S. The eight categories included Amazing Kitchens, Beachfront Homes, Countryside Retreats, Curb Appeal, Downtown Dwellings, Homes With a History, Outdoor Escapes and Waterside Homes.
7340 Point of Rocks Road at the southern end of Siesta Key was selected as the overall winner among all finalists in all categories and won the Beachfront Homes category as well.
Denise Mei of Michael Saunders and Co. represents this listing. It is a two-story residence with five remodeled bedrooms and a pool. There is also a one-bedroom, one-bathroom guest house and an adjoining three-car garage.
A second Michael Saunders and Co. listing won the Waterside Homes category. Represented by Cindy Fischer, 5131 Jungle Plum Road on north Siesta Key is a .75-acre bayfront estate.
Michael Saunders and Co.'s listing at 8324 Sanderling Road on Siesta Key, represented by Kim Ogilvie, received the second-highest number of votes in the Beachfront Homes category. It's a private 1.3-acre Gulf-front estate in the gated Sanderling Club.
