Sarasota Orchestra welcomes conductor Steven Sloane

The music director of the Jerusalem Symphony Orchestra was the star of the third Masterworks dinner.

Sarasota's latest Masterworks Dinner had guests gathering at Holley Hall in the Beatrice Friedman Symphony Center Jan. 15.

The third in the dinner series had conductor Steven Sloane speak to his life experience's and progression as an artist. Sloane previously led the Bochum Symphony in Germany as its music director and recently became music director of the Jerusalem Symphony Orchestra.
