Another Thursday, another networking opportunity for members of the Longboat Key Chamber of Commerce.Â
The monthly Networking @ Noon event took place on the second floor of the Tommy Bahama Restaurant, Bar and Store and drew over 50 attendees. People mingled, passing out their business cards and catching up with those they knew well. After the networking and mingling finished up in the packed room, members stood up to introduce themselves and their businesses before lunch was whisked out on hot plates.Â
Gracious Getaways hosted the event and had the opportunity to speak at length about their business. The Tommy Bahama Restaurant is also hosting a No Kid Hungry fundraiser through October, wherein guests can purchase a coupon for $20 off their purchase at the restaurant or store for $5. All proceeds go to No Kid Hungry.Â
