12 local authors had their books on display during a fun event Nov. 16.

Spirits were high during the Longboat Library's Welcome Back Lawn Party Nov. 15.

The library event had book-lovers and library patrons turning out to the library lawn to enjoy an afternoon of mingling, food and literature. The day had 12 local authors displaying their many books, and signing them for residents as well.
