Lakewood Ranch Chargers take part in Luis Figo tournament

The IVP (International Visibility Program) World Cup Qualifier by FIGO7, a youth soccer tournament hosted by Portuguese soccer legend Luis Figo and his FIGO7 brand, was held at Premier Sports Campus Oct. 28-29.Â
It was the second iteration of the two-day tournament, and the Lakewood Ranch Chargers were among the 39 clubs, both national and international, participating.Â
Teams in the U13 and U15 groups who win their brackets are invited to participate in the 2018 IVP World Cup in Portugal. The Chargers did not have any teams in those age groups participating.Â
