It was a four-legged frenzy outside the Church of the Redeemer on Oct. 1.Â
Parishioners and community members gathered outside the church with their four-legged companions for the celebration of the feast of St. Francis, the patron saint of animals and the environment.Â
After a short service, congregants filed one-by-one with their pets to receive a blessing from parish clergy.Â
