Neighbors, buyers get sneak peak at downtown development

Even from blocks away, downtown pedestrians could tell there was a party   on State Street March 24. 

The sound of smooth jazz and the smell of food wafted through downtown as potential buyers and neighbors got a closer look at The Mark Sarasota, a downtown condominium community proposed for 1400 State St.
