As an attendee of Lakewood Ranch Community Activities Corp.'s annual Health and Wellness Expo, he was on a quest for information about health options and technologies.
“I like to learn the latest,” he said. “It makes me aware of the things I need to ask my doctor about.”
More than 50 vendors in the health-and-wellness field provided information, free health screens and other health-related news and tips to hundreds of guests seeking information. The event also included a farmer’s market so visitors could pick up fresh produce on their way home.
