Tara springs forward with fashion

Tara Golf and Country Club resident Sharon Viner was dressed for summer at a resort. In fact, she liked the look so much, even she couldn’t help but purchase the ensemble, a white bonnet-style hat and a patterned blue-and-white blouse with matching blue slacks.

Viner showed off her purchase at Tara’s Spring Fashion Show April 3, at the Tara Golf and Country Club. More than 180 ladies turned out for the event organized by Tara’s social committee.

Guests enjoyed drawings with prizes and a lunch of Champagne chicken and a lemon meringue tart for dessert as they watched models Mary Carroll, Barbara Ehnes, Deb King, Joyce Leone, Andrea Stephenson and Viner showcase outfits from Anthony’s, in Sarasota.
