As families gathered at the edge of a grassy field at Harvest United Methodist Church March 26, they cheered in anticipation for the egg hunt about to begin. Harvest co-pastor Rev. Steve Price gave instructions for children to find eggs, each labeled with letters, to spell the phrase “Jesus saves.” Then, after taking a selfie from the middle of the field, with children in the background, he sent them off on their morning adventure.
After collecting eggs, children enjoyed other activities, including potato sack races, arts and crafts, ring toss, pictures with the Easter Bunny and more.
