Lakewood Ranch community garden sprouts

The Lakewood Ranch community garden is open.

The garden is located adjacent to the Lakewood Ranch Dog Park at Greenbrook Adventure Park.

Organizer Joe Sidiski said 15 beds already have been reserved, of 24 available. 

“The folks are taking a real active role in getting this going,” he said. “We didn’t have the money for raised beds, so people are supplying their own. One is in already.”
