More than 400 guests attended the 2016 Circus Arts Gala 'Hats off to Dolly!' on Friday, Jan. 30, Under the Big Top.
The Circus Arts Conservatory hosted its annual Circus Gala on Friday, Jan. 30, Under the Big Top. The event was themed 'Hats off to Dolly!' in celebration of Dolly Jacobs.
