Students and families at Haile Middle School cruised toward victory in the fight against cancer Jan. 9.
Students in Haile's Technology Student Association led the cruised-themed fundraising event, which raised money for the American Cancer Society. Guests entered the school's cafeteria by a wooden loading ramp before receiving their name badges and posing for pre-cruise photographs inside. Then, after being escorted to their assigned tables, guests enjoyed a dinner catered by Carrabba’s and music by Haile’s jazz band and orchestra.
TSA students, who will be competing in TSA’s “community service” category, captured each moment on video.
