Echo Lake Apartments opens in Lakewood Ranch

Echo Lake Apartments celebrated its grand opening with a special event Wednesday night.

Developer Zilber Ltd., parent company of Homes by Towne, is developing the future 360 unit apartment complex, located just northwest of Gullett Elementary School. Four of 12 buildings are open and more than 100 units have been leased since the first building became available in late September.

The complex features a fitness center, clubhouse, saltwater pool and other amenities designed to feel as if they were in a private, gated community. Zilber is also constructing a three-acre park with volleyball, dog parks and other features for its future residents.
