East County residents combined a love of fashion with a passion for the Lakewood Ranch YMCA Dec. 3, during the Y’s first Christmas Fashion Extravaganza Fundraiser. Guests visited vendor booths with offerings from jewelry to leggings and even dog workout clothes, before feasting on a buffet-style lunch and a fashion show featuring designs offered at Charley’s, Lularoe’s, Panache Boutique, Matilda Jane Clothing, Purabell House of Fashion and Men’s Warehouse.
