The Sarasota Crew captured its fifth-consecutive state championship at the Florida Scholastic Rowing Association Sculling Championships April 16 and April 17, at Nathan Benderson Park.Â
The Crew won seven gold medals and 16 medals overall during the two-day event, which featured 34 clubs from across the state, including the Sarasota Scullers. The Scullers finished with four medals.Â
