East County got a visit from the daughter of the famous brand founder, Vera Bradley.
Joan Bradley stayed at Crowder's Gifts & Gadgets Friday, Oct. 2, to sign bags and talk with Bradley lovers while raising money for the Vera Bradley Foundation for Breast Cancer Awareness. It's the third year that Crowder's has participated in the fundraiser.
"It's an honor to have Joan come to our store," said co-owner Jina Crowder. "And, we work with a lot of women. We all share some story about breast cancer."
