From June 22 through June 26, 400 children ages 7 to 13 splashed through water activities and participated in a range of games and Bible-themed presentations, during the 20th annual Kid's-A-Flame summer camp. This year, to commemorate two decades of outdoor fun, the camp featured a "Legacy" theme and new games, such as Gaga ball — a spinoff of dodgeball.
Josiah Valdez crawls down an inflatable water slide.
Cienna Paredes races down the slide toward a shallow pool of water.
Madison Parks plays a round of 9 Square in the Air.
John-Michael Paredes takes a break from an outdoor game.
Jakin Wilson, Thomas King and Isaiah Lovelace maneuver down the pond located at the back of the church's property.
Dylan Young, Chaz Sylvester and Peyton Britt say cheese before heading out on the water in their canoe.
Jessica Dumont and Kaitlyn Harper splash around in the pool.
Violet Reinhardt enjoys a cool swim in the pool on a hot day.
Alvin Johnson launches a water attack on nearby friends.
Asia Rosado cheers after sliding down the biggest water slide at camp.
Darelyz Rivera is one of the youngest campers brave enough to conquer the biggest slide at camp.
Campers ages 7 to 13 play Gaga ball — a faster take on dodgeball.
Volunteers, such as Matt Shackelford, came from other nearby churches to assist with camp.
