Who dat? Whether "smack-your-mama collard greens" or "crawfish corn dogs," attendees of the eighth annual Spyder Broussard Low Country, East County Fish Fry and Shrimp Boil pleased their palettes. The Cajun-inspired buffet and live music by the Gumbo Boogie Band offered a taste of Louisiana and its culture July 11 at Polo Grill and Bar. Restaurant owners Jaymie and Tommy Klauber created the event to honor their relative, Spyder Boussard — a native of Louisiana who has a passion for the state's heritage and cuisine.
