Christmas came early to Heritage Harbour.

With thoughts of which gifts they wanted for Christmas, 80 children took turns meeting with ole St. Nick Dec. 12.

After chatting with Santa and Mrs. Claus, played by John and Jeanne Larranga, children ate pancakes, which Country Pancake House and Restaurant donated, and sausage. And parents snacked on doughnuts and coffee during the annual Breakfast with Santa event, which was held at the Stoneybrook Recreation Center.

Children also crafted Christmas-themed projects while others wrote letters to Santa.
