Members of the community were invited for the SCOPE Annual Celebration & Boundary Crosser Award ceremony Thursday evening in the Michael’s On East ballroom. Every year SCOPE honors an individual who connects citizens across lines that traditionally divide community with the Boundary Crosser Award. This year’s recipient was Selby Botanical Gardens Board of Trustees Chairwoman, Cathy Layton for her impact in the community.
