Lakewood Ranch named top community

A national real estate consulting firm has ranked Lakewood Ranch as the No. 2 master-planned community in the state.

John Burns Consulting also ranked Lakewood Ranch No. 12 in the nation.

The Villages in Ocala took the No. 1 ranking in Florida.
