Meteors win championship

The Lakewood Ranch Meteors 8 and under AAU baseball team won the Central Florida WAR on I-4 Championship March 5-6 in Plant City.

The tournament featured 11 8 and under teams from across central Florida. The Meteors went undefeated in five games to clinch the title. Players include: Connor Krug, Jake Krug, Chase Yniguez, Nicolas Hadad, Caden Chamberlin, Mac Moyer, John Schroeder, Billy Wilds, Lucas Hartmann, Stone Frishman, Ethan Dumer and Camden Martin.
