'Daddy' chefs visit preschool

Wearing tall, floppy hats, the children at Temple Sinai’s preschool, The Gan, gathered around a table to make hummus and chocolate-dipped strawberries with Chef Paul Mattison, a special guest of the “Little Iron Chefs” summer camp, June 9.

The first session of the program was designed as a cooking-and-baking enrichment class and turned into an exciting month with “daddy chefs,” because three of the preschooler’s fathers are chefs at Libby’s, Mattison’s and Ziljan Catering.
