Ranch Country Club home sells for $420,000

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Aug. 19-26.

A home in the Country Club of Lakewood Ranch tops the transactions in this week’s real estate. Donald and Debra Loheide, The Villages, sold their home at 8119 Championship Court to Frank and Arline Stein, Bradenton, for $420,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,485 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $421,400 in 2003.

Riverwalk Ridge
Robert and Deborah Rempert sold their home at 12402 Lobelia Terrace to Andrew and Kara Leckie, Lakewood Ranch, for $401,600. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,774 square feet of living area.

Mill Creek
Lee and Nancy Stechmann sold their home at 14708 17th Ave. E. to Doug Foeller, Bradenton, for $335,000. Built in 2009, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,727 square feet of living area.

Jason and Olivia Michaels, trustees, Bradenton, sold the home at 14802 17th Ave. E. to Lance and Fallon Enfinger, Bradenton, for $320,000. Built in 2008, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,004 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $320,000 in 2008.

Roberto and Allison Page of Roebuck, S.C., sold their home at 204 Mill Run E. to Michael and Deborah Clay, Bradenton, for $202,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,887 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $224,900 in 2003.

Todd Ambrose, Palmetto, purchased and then sold the home at 6906 40th Court E. Bank of New York, trustee, sold the home to Todd Ambrose for $227,200.
