L’Ambiance condo sells for $1.55 million

The following residential real estate transactions took place between April 11 and April 15.

A condominium in L’Ambiance at Longboat Key Club tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. David Gruber, trustee, of Elkins Park, Pa., sold the Unit B-902 condominium at 415 L’Ambiance Drive to Steven and Becky Thomas, of Longboat Key, for $1.55 million. Built in 1992, it has two bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,385 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $780,000 in 1993.

Marina Bay
Daphne Whitman, of Naples, sold her Unit 121 condominium at 2410 Harbourside Drive to Henry and Barbara Lansink, of Ontario, Canada, for $1.4 million. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 3,690 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $849,000 in 1998.

Country Club Shores
Kent Whitney, of Longboat Key, sold his home at 520 Putter Lane to John and Diane Wright, of Fuquay Varina, N.C., for $935,000. Built in 1967, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,529 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $920,000 in 2014.

Longboat Key Towers
William and Maria Aitchison, of Longboat Key, sold their Unit S-1003 condominium at 601 Longboat Club Road to David Burnett and Stephanie Zschokke, of Maple Grove, Minn., for $925,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,458 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $831,000 in 2014.

Longbeach Village
Jerome and Sharon Glassman, of Ocala, sold their home at 430 N. Shore Road to Douglas and Katherine Rhodes of New Castle, N.H., for $900,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,893 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $850,000 in 2002.

The Promenade
Michael Sherrow and Ellen Leef-Sherrow, of Longboat Key, sold their Unit 603 condominium at 1211 Gulf of Mexico Drive to George Ressnstra, of Longboat Key, for $775,000. Built in 1985, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,585 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $700,000 in 2013.

Islander Club of Longboat Key
Julie Omsberg, of Scarborough, Maine, sold her Unit 83-S condominium at 2295 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Damiano and Christine Maniscalchi, of Newburgh, N.Y., for $760,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,235 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $469,000 in 2012.

Seaplace
Terry Awes and Rachel Dole, of Minneapolis, sold their Unit G8-301-B condominium at 1925 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Nancy and David Schwiesow, of Roseland, Va., for $700,000. Built in 1978, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,492 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $522,500 in 2013.

Fairway Bay
Stanley Siegel, trustee, of Miami, sold the Unit 526 condominium at 2110 Harbourside Drive to Calvert and Joanne Hawkes, of Longboat Key, for $690,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,031 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $359,000 in 1997.

Sand Cay
Carolyn Byers, trustee, sold the Unit 215 condominium at 4725 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Michael and Rebecca Peltz, of Grosse Point, Mich., for $525,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,071 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $549,000 in 2004.

Windward Bay
Pol and Hugette Dessy, of Sparta, N.J., sold their Unit PH-3 condominium at 4960 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Eugene Beaupre and Lynn Marmer, of Cincinnati, for $427,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,152 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $365,000 in 2013.

Harbour Oaks at Longboat Key Club
Fred and Roswitha Rauskolb, of New York City, sold their Unit 903 condominium at 2123 Harbourside Drive to Stephen and Jonette Sullivan, of Thornton, Pa., for $420,800. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,224 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $315,000 in 2000.

Bayport Beach and Tennis Club
Carol Sears, trustee, of Morrow, Ohio, sold the Unit 741 condominium at 741 Bayport Way to David Frederiks, of Old Lyme, Conn., for $420,000. Built in 1983, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 1,260 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $277,900 in 2000.

Spanish Main Yacht Club
William Kopp, of Schenectady, N.Y., sold his Unit 105 condominium at 682 Spanish Drive S. to David Atkinson, of Clear Lake, Iowa, for $320,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,419 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $270,000 in 2015.

Sutton Place
Richard and Nancy Lowell sold their Unit PH2 condominium at 609 Sutton Place to Mark and Katherine Francis, of Carmel, Ind., for $313,800. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 992 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $330,000 in 2003.

Sunrise Shores
Peter and Elizabeth Fitzgerald, of Surrey, United Kingdom, sold their Unit S-201 condominium at 5220 Gulf of Mexico Drive to John and Rosalie Gartner, of Bellaire, Mich., for $310,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,145 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $130,000 in 1993.

Longboat Harbour
Colleen Dilling, of Orland Park, Ill., sold her Unit 104 condominium at 4370 Chatham Drive to Marilyn Kaliszewski, of Woodhaven, Mich., and Joan Garvin, of Grosse Ile, Mich., for $267,000. Built in 1969, it has one bedroom, one bath and 747 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $55,000 in 1979.

Jonathan Wilkins, of Orlando, sold his Unit 305 condominium at 4420 Exeter Drive to Donald and Anne McKinnon, of Longboat Key, for $260,000. Built in 1970, it has one bedroom, one bath and 725 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $250,000 in 2014.

St. Armands Tower North
H. Keith and Sharon Whitfield, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 33 condominium at 1 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Robert Squillante and Joan Davis, of Richmond, Va., for $900,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,389 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $676,800 in 2005.

LIDO KEY

L’Elegance on Lido Beach
Steven and Becky Thomas, of Austin, Texas, sold their Unit A-1003 condominium at 1800 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Nan Fein and Richard Rein, trustees, of Cincinnati, for $875,300. Built in 1996, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,350 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $605,000 in 2010.

Beth Murphy, trustee, sold the Unit A-903 condominium at 1800 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Carl and Carol Wetzig, of Colorado Springs, Colo., for $862,000. Built in 1996, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,350 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $825,000 in 2014.

John Ringling Estates
James and Pamela MacDonald, of Sarasota, sold their home at 127 Cleveland Drive to Rafael Miccio and Eleanora Miccio-Lodi, of Sarasota, for $700,000. Built in 1961, it has one bedroom, four baths and 2,282 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $260,000 in 1995.

Sarasota Harbour
767 John Ringling Blvd. LLC sold the Units 37 and 38 condominiums at 767 John Ringling Blvd. to David, Jane and Peter Calahan, of Sarasota, for $400,000. Built in 1963, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,224 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $95,000 in 1991.

BIRD KEY

Calvert and Joanne Hawkes sold their home at 413 Partridge Circle to Dockside Homes LLC for $675,000. Built in 1962, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 1,532 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $196,000 in 1997.
