Grosvenor Gardens home tops residential real estate sales at $1.35 million in east Bradenton area

Two million-dollar-plus home sales top east Bradenton and Lakewood Ranch area in residential transactions.

A home in Grosvenor Gardens topped all transactions in this week’s real estate. Richard Thally, of Bradenton, sold his home at 8415 Grosvenor Court to 8415 Grosvenor Court LLC for $1.35 million. Built in 2015, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 3,315 square feet of living area.

 

Shoreview

Jason and Jessica Teteak, of Sarasota, sold their home at 760 Sigsbee Loop to Yifeng Wang and Jianjun Lin, of Sarasota, for $1.3 million. Built in 2020, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,486 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $804,400 in 2020.

 

Tidewater Preserve

Thomas and Yvonne Mullins, trustees, of Chicago, sold the home at 1110 Bearing Court to Nicholas Samuel Cannizzo Jr., of Rochester, New York, for $880,000. Built in 2016, it has four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,212 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $452,800 in 2016.

 

Greenbrook

Stephen and Cynthia Sage, of Bradenton Beach, sold their home at 15006 Bowfin Terrace to Peter Mattei and Margie Ejercito, of Lakewood Ranch, for $874,900. Built in 2006, it has five bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,567 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $519,000 in 2015.

David Nelson and Pamela Plummer-Nelson, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 13474 Purple Finch Circle to Zillow Homes Property Trust for $529,800. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,578 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $310,000 in 2009.

Betty and Brian Holliday sold their home at 15682 Lemon Fish Drive to Stephen and Melanie Hoffman, of Lakewood Ranch, for $525,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,073 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $287,000 in 2015.

Carey Yaruss Sanders and Gabriel Sanders, of Decatur, Georgia, sold their home at 6539 Blue Grosbeak Circle to FKH SFR PropCo HLP for $447,000. Built in 2002, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,000 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $242,000 in 2014.

Raulinson Alicea III, of Bradenton, sold his home at 14331 Gnatcatcher Terrace to Joseph Ray Davis II and Valerie Rose Chandler, of Lakewood Ranch, for $429,500. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,738 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $285,000 in 2020.

 

Bridgewater

Jonida Miraka and Alex Elshimy, of Bradenton, sold their home at 13412 Ramblewood Trail to Rosalie and Victor Cipolla, of Lakewood Ranch, for $825,000. Built in 2015, it has five bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,131 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $519,000 in 2015.

Sean and Lindsey Beth Barrett, of Bradenton, sold their home at 13303 Swiftwater Way to Gesomina Maglio, of Bradenton, for $620,000. Built in 2017, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,221 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $340,000 in 2017.

 

Greyhawk Landing West

Alan and Randi Brooks sold their home at 11925 Petunia Terrace to Amelia Marley and Jennifer McMutrie, of Bradenton, for $820,000. Built in 2019, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,892 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $681,500 in 2019.

 

Country Club

Laura Czeisler, of Lakewood Ranch, sold the home at 7057 Whitemarsh Circle to John and Julianne Laplaca, of Yorktown Heights, New York, for $800,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,605 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $80,000 in 2001.

Frederick and Renee Groser, of Yardley, Pennsylvania, sold the home at 7680 Silverwood Court to Rajesh Khubchandani and Sonali Khubchandani, trustees, of Lakewood Ranch, for $790,000. Built in 2011, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,652 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $486,400 in 2011.

Trudy Ferguson Coan and Laurel Franklin Coan sold their home at 7331 Riviera Cove to Laguna Properties LLC and Josh Barrett Homes LLC for $453,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,926 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $299,000 in 2008.

Deborah Sykes, of Bradenton, sold the home at 13005 Peregrin Circle to Brandy and Clayton Thomas, of Bradenton, for $770,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,153 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $421,000 in 2003.

 

Mote Ranch

Kurt Derksen, Hugh Ross and Donna Janovcik, trustees, sold the home at 6723 Coyote Ridge Court to Francis and Jill Zimmer, of Bradenton, for $701,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,947 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $462,000 in 2013.

 

Gates Creek Road

Lynn and Gloria Jarvis, of Bradenton, sold their home at 407 Gates Creek Road to Don and Katarina Squillace, of Bradenton, for $700,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 1,916 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $160,000 in 2003.

Armando and Janitza Fernandez, of Sarasota, sold their home at 9909 Laurel Valley Ave. Circle to Richard Anton Bulger, of Bradenton, for $675,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,253 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $360,000 in 2018.

Henry and Carla Ford, of Owings Mills, Maryland, sold their home at 14536 Whitemoss Terrace to Thomas and Holly Gwaltney, of Lakewood Ranch, for $665,000. Built in 2011, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,457 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $415,900 in 2014.

Michael Angelo Luberto Jr., trustee, of Gross Pointe Farms, Michigan, sold the home at 6702 Pinehurst Place to Michelle and Andrew Sanderbeck, of Bradenton, for $665,00. Built in 1992, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,754 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $240,000 in 1993.

 

Heritage Harbour

Phillip Lee Scruggs and Paula Leigh Scruggs, of Troutman, North Carolina, sold their home at 6725 Wild Lake Terrace to David Glenn Mercer and Pauline Nannette Mercer, of Bradenton, for $630,000. Built in 2014, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,287 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $390,500 in 2014.

Don Diamond, of Sarasota, sold his home at 9011 63rd Drive E. to Jonathan and Sandra Abbuehl, of Bradenton, for $602,000. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,543 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $238,900 in 2012.

 

Savanna

Ghassan Hasan, of Hernando, sold his home at 13232 Saw Palm Creek Trail to Dominick and Annabelle Carney, of Lakewood Ranch, for $601,000. Built in 2020, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,192 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $399,000 in 2020.

 

Mill Creek

Timothy and Lisa McElhiney, of Parrish, sold their home at 13640 Second Ave. E. to Cornelis and Shannon Van Den Bosch, of Bradenton, for $590,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,462 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $41,500 in 1997.

 

Chaparral

Rafaela Lorente, of Sarasota, sold the home at 6821 Winslow St. to Karl and Maryanne Rose, of Somerville, New Jersey, for $495,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,701 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $275,000 in 2015.

Jack Mann, trustee, of Bradenton, sold the home at 15423 Trinity Fall Way to 1970 BOTTLEBRUSH LLC for $480,000. Built in 2016, it has five bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,868 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $250,000 in 2019.

 

Riverwalk

Mary Alice Landrum, of Lakewood Ranch, sold the home at 10925 Bluestem Circle to Zillow Homes Property Trust for $477,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,029 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $200,100 in 2000.

 

Polo Run

Qaiss Mohammed, Rabi Mohammed Ibrahim and Yasser Taiwo Ibrahim, of Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, sold their home at 17414 Blur Ridge Place to Raymanda Gow, of Bradenton, for $451,000. Built in 2020, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,836 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $326,000 in 2020.

 

Arbor Grande

John Emanuel Diakoulas and Mary Darlene Diakoulas, of Cockeysville, Maryland, sold their home at 2616 Avolet Court to Robert and Gloria Slyferth, of Bradenton, for $440,000. Built in 2021, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,965 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $392,200 in March.

 

Peridia

Steven Puchaski, of Lower Gwynedd, Pennsylvania, sold the home at 4212 Pro Am Ave. E. to John Douglas Tuck and Martha Tuck, of Bradenton, for $435,500. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,246 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $300,000 in 2004.

Angelantonio Somma and Livia Anna Aulicino, of Bradenton, sold their home at 195 Americas Cup Blvd. to Stefano Somma and Alidey Perdomo Perez, of Bradenton, for $430,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,057 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $322,500 in 2015.

 

Peridia Isle

Wilbur Ralph Stephens III and Nora Lee Stephens, of Bradenton, sold their home at 4104 Caddie Drive E. to Bruce and Susan Webb, of Bradenton, for $421,000. Built in 1996, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,527 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $300,000 in 2005.

 

Moorings at Edgewater

Deirdre Bradley-Williams, of Sarasota, sold her Unit 202 condominium at 6414 Moorings Point Circle to James and Jane Hurley, of Lakewood Ranch, for $409,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,344 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $320,000 in 2019.
