A home in Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Peter and Diana Wilcox, of University Park, sold their home at 13718 Matanzas Place to Kelvin Goon and Judith Voss, of Lakewood Ranch, for $1.5 million. Built in 2010, it has four bedrooms, four and a half baths, a pool and 4,894 square feet of living area. 

Country Club East at Lakewood Ranch
Susan Gallo, trustee, and Thomas Gallo, of Bradenton, sold the home at 14704 Secret Harbor Place to Stephen and Sally Croom, of Shreveport, La., for $635,000. Built in 2012, it has three bedrooms, two and a half baths, a pool and 2,442 square feet of living area. 

St. John’s Wood
James and Doris Davis, trustees, sold the home at 7109 St. Johns Way to James and Judith O’Donnell, trustees, of Bradenton, for $550,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,073 square feet of living area. 

River Club South
Thomas and Karen Peacock, of Palmetto, sold their home at 9618 Governors Club Place to Harald and Dagmar Stuckert, trustees, of Bradenton, for $515,000. Built in 1997, it has two bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,969 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $463,500 in 2003.

Karin Murphy, of Sarasota, sold her home at 10243 Silverado Circle to Edward and Mary Ann Mooney, of Cutchogue, N.Y., for $320,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,324 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $310,000 in 2004.

Rye Wilderness Estates
Murray Miller and Sharon Walrath, of Bradenton, sold their home at 16732 Fourth Ave. N.E. to Peter and Teri Beck, of Bradenton, for $479,900. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,233 square feet of living area.

Harold and Rebecca Deering, of Aurora, Colo., sold their home at 7606 Silverwood Court to Gary and Sherry Moore, of Lakewood Ranch, for $450,000. Built in 2012, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,647 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $490,000 in 2013.

Mladen Karcic, of Fairfax Station, Va., sold the home at 12309 Thornhill Court to Karen Grigsby, of Lakewood Ranch, for $430,000. Built in 2008, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,083 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $397,000 in 2012.

Douglas and Cheryl Cleland, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 7144 Presidio Glen to William and Cornelia Reese, of Brookeville, Md., for $367,500. Built in 2004, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,911 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $127,800 in 2012.

Alan and Dianne Bourque, trustees, sold the home at 6624 Pebble Beach Way to Victor and Gail Cole, trustees, of Bradenton, for $330,000. Built in 2001, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,964 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $280,000 in 2010.

Robert and Susan Cox, of Bradenton, sold their home at 6215 Warbler Lane to Boguslaw and Lilianna Haas, of Lakewood Ranch, for $435,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,727 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $439,000 in 2013.

James Ditaranto, of Sarasota, sold the home at 6420 Indigo Bunting Place to Sean and Dawn Reilly, of Lakewood Ranch, for $420,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,046 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $535,000 in 2005.

The Ryland Group Inc. sold the home at 11909 Persian Terrace to Brian and Suzanne Kloss, of Bradenton, for $414,000. Built in 2014, it has four bedrooms, three and a half baths and 2,810 square feet of living area. 

Lennox Gardens
E. Martin and Barbara Stapleton, of University Park, sold their home at 6919 Lennox Place to Peter and Paula Husselmann, of University Park, for $390,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,907 square feet of living area. 

Edgewater Village
William Nation Jr. and Carolyn Lowry, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 8429 Misty Morning Court to Howard and Diana Armbrust, of Lakewood Ranch, for $380,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two and a half baths, a pool and 2,127 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $335,000 in 2012.

Greyhawk Landing
Paul and Shelley Grimond, of Bradenton, sold their home at 116 Caladium Court to Steven and Victoria Cowley, of Bradenton, for $380,000. Built in 2010, it has five bedrooms, three and a half baths, a pool and 3,229 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $278,500 in 2010.

Mill Creek
Henry and Susan Stefanski, of Parrish, sold their home at 15204 21st Ave. E. to Kurt Bultema, of Bradenton, for $375,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,896 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $365,000 in 2012.

Carol McGinty, of Bradenton, sold her home at 6608 64th Terrace E. to Justin and Michelle Daley, of Bradenton, for $366,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,750 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $290,000 in 2009.

V and A Shipping Inc. sold the home at 8203 River Preserve Drive to Joseph and Loretta Elliott, of Bradenton, for $358,000. Built in 2011, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,829 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $258,000 in 2011.

Planter’s Manor at Greenfield Plantation
Michael and Laurel McDevitt, of Bradenton, sold their home at 545 Planters Manor Way to Joseph Jordan and Charlene Lott, of Houghton, Mich., for $329,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,628 square feet of living area.

Thomas and Susan Meador, of Bradenton, sold their home at 12101 Whistling Way to Susan Cox, of Bradenton, for $279,900. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,706 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $289,000 in 2005.

Dianne Warmus, trustee, of Palmetto, sold the home at 12006 Popash Glen to FREO Florida LLC for $239,000. Built in 1998, it has five bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,736 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $142,400 in 1998.

John Wagner and Bonnie Bradford, trustees, sold the Unit 7602 condominium at 7106 Grand Estuary Trail to Philip and Patricia Nardomarino, of Bradenton, for $278,000. Built in 2013, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,108 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $261,900 in 2013.

Riverwalk Village
Thomas and Waraluck Delong, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 7160 Spikerush Court to Charles and Jacqueline Prather, of Gulph Mills, Pa., for $270,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,541 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $187,000 in 2003.

WCI Communities LLC sold the Unit A condominium at 1247 Riverscape St. to Mark and Kathy Smith, of Oswego, Ill., for $255,100. Built in 2014, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,748 square feet of living area.

John and Carole Bambery, of Troy, Mich., sold their home at 8652 54th Ave. Circle E. to Mark Romer and Marjorie Bell, of Bradenton, for $255,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,837 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $352,400 in 2005.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 4581 Runabout Way to Alma Majano, of Bradenton, for $240,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,933 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $153,500 in 2001.

River Landings Bluffs
William and Elizabeth Clough, of Bradenton, sold their home at 5512 61st St. E. to Myriam Lopez and Natalia Ramirez, of Bradenton, for $235,000. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,948 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $152,500 in 1999.

Joseph and Jean Ann Theeuwes, of Asheville, N.C., sold their home at 211 Golden Harbour Trail to Gonzalo and Maria Escobar, of Bradenton, for $234,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, two and a half baths and 2,674 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $389,900 in 2006.
