Condo in the Mark Sarasota is week's top seller

Unit 1115 sells for $1.78 million, the highest price of Oct. 25-29 in Sarasota, Siesta and surrounding areas.

A condominium in the Mark Sarasota tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. David Barcomb sold his Unit 1115 condominium at 111 S. Pineapple Ave. to Donald Edgerton, of Sarasota, for $1.78 million. Built in 2019, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,122 square feet of living area. It  sold for $1,360,200 in 2020.

Eagles Point at the Landings

David Mayson Brooks and Martha Irene Brooks, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 203 condominium at 5430 Eagles Point Circle to Anne Snape Parsons, of Sarasota, for $1.25 million. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, four baths and 2,943 square feet of living area. It  sold for $670,000 in 2018.

Sarasota Bay Club

Sarasota Bay Club LLC sold the Unit 1009 condominium at 1301 Tamiami Trail to Robert Michael Henderson, of Sarasota, for $1,027,000. Built in 2000, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,546 square feet of living area. It  sold for $815,000 in 2014.

Glencoe

Cristovao De Assis Clem and Giulianu Pretti Chieppe, of Orlando, sold their home at 2500 Monterey St. to Lisa Warren-Wallace, of Sarasota, for $900,000. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,434 square feet of living area. It  sold for $719,000 in 2020.

Bay Plaza

Harriet Epstein, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 402 condominium at 1255 N. Gulfstream Ave. to Ion Renita, of Sarasota, for $880,000. Built in 1982, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,042 square feet of living area. It  sold for $228,400 in 1989.

Inwood Park

Beverly Scott, of Sarasota, sold her home at 619 Osprey Ave. to Duffin Newman and Heidi Sue Zweck Newman, of Sarasota, for $832,000. Built in 1926, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,680 square feet of living area. It  sold for $225,000 in 2000.

Brian Lee Tresidder and Sarah Elizabeth Tresidder, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1208 Osprey Ave. to Fairbanks Building Co. Inc. for $760,000. Built in 1952, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,906 square feet of living area. It  sold for $475,000 in 2019.

South Gate

Francisco Montav and Eduardo Valin Ontog Jr., of Sarasota, sold their home at 3420 Mineola Drive to Trent and Shira Carlyle, of Edgewater, Colorado, for $750,000. Built in 1957, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,656 square feet of living area. It  sold for $230,000 in 2013.

Theresa Chicoine, of Sarasota, sold the home at 3001 Goldenrod St. to Evan Schulte, of Sarasota, for $457,500. Built in 1959, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,872 square feet of living area. It  sold for $216,500 in 2016.

Bradley and Rebecca Williams, of St. Petersburg, sold their home at 2847 Bougainvillea St. to Julian Andrews and Diana Dobos, of Sarasota, for $425,000. Built in 1960, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,300 square feet of living area. It  sold for $189,900 in 2013.

Julie Haygood, of Sarasota, sold the home at 1963 Baywood Place to Dianne Carell Binkoski and Lawrence Binkoski, of Sarasota, for $730,000. Built in 1979, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,904 square feet of living area. It  sold for $365,000 in 2018.

Erin Leigh Jennings-Orozco and Elizabeth Katherine Jennings-Orozco, of Englewood, sold their home at 387 Wingfield Drive to Whopack LLC for $685,000. Built in 2020, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,111 square feet of living area. It  sold for $525,000 in January.

Weekley Homes LLC sold the home at 2455 Mangum Court to Provo Properties QOZB LLC for $525,000. Built in 2021, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,922 square feet of living area.

Huntington Pointe

Larry and Teresa Martin, of Sarasota, sold their home at 4212 Hearthstone Drive to Jonathan Lee Berke and Judith Lynne Berke, of Agoura Hills, California, for $683,000. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,363 square feet of living area. It  sold for $427,000 in 2019.

River Forest

Janet Sue Corsi and Theresa Barilaro, trustees, of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, sold the home at 5383 Palos Verdes Drive to 87 Sandy Court LLC for $665,000. Built in 1965, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,416 square feet of living area. It  sold for $93,000 in 1985.

EHB of Tampa Bay Inc. sold the home at 1745 Oak St. to Charles Santaularia, of Lakewood, Colorado, for $640,000. Built in 1925, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,152 square feet of living area. It  sold for $390,000 in June.

Kara Keane Alexander, of Sarasota, sold her home at 845 32nd St. to Grant Edward Taylor Jr. and Niloofer Fram Dalal, of Smyrna, Georgia, for $482,000. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,289 square feet of living area. It  sold for $132,000 in 2013.

Angeline Rooks, trustee, sold the Unit 255 condominium at 1520 Pelican Point Drive to Linda Dulye and Roger Gibboni, trustee, of Pittsfield, Massachusetts, for $466,000. Built in 1976, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,770 square feet of living area. It  sold for $145,000 in 1981.

Douglas and Sandra Barton, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 237 condominium at 1611 Clower Creek Drive to Roberta Markowicz, of Sarasota, for $465,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,216 square feet of living area. It  sold for $190,500 in 1999.

Mary Elizabeth Taylor Wohl, trustee, of Rhinebeck, New York, sold the Unit 275 condominium at 1505 Pelican Point Drive to Marksman Properties LLC for $457,500. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,368 square feet of living area. It  sold for $285,000 in 2002.

Theresa Getzen, of Sarasota, sold her home at 3645 White Sulphur Place to Regina Mast Trustee for $440,000. Built in 1967, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,479 square feet of living area. It  sold for $240,000 in 2017.

Nicholas and Mary Ann Figlow, of Sarasota, sold their home at 3617 White Sulphur Place to Anthony Mangarella, of Clifton, New Jersey, for $432,500. Built in 1966, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,522 square feet of living area. It  sold for $110,000 in 1986.

Xenophora LLC sold the home at 1755 10th St. to 1755 Gillespie LLC for $429,000. Built in 1947, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,800 square feet of living area. It  sold for $75,000 in 2009.

James Levine, of Berkeley, California, sold the home at 2221 Phillippi St.to Sean and Diedra McGeever, of Sarasota, for $416,000. Built in 1958, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,482 square feet of living area. It  sold for $108,900 in 2012.

CAVA LLC sold the Unit 904 condominium at 5920 Midnight Pass Road to Thomas Carns, of Maineville, Ohio, for $813,300. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,334 square feet of living area. It  sold for $803,000 in 2019.

Mark and Debbie Wheeler, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the home at 4815 Featherbed Lane to Alberto Guadagnini, of Siesta Key, for $800,000. Built in 1961, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,103 square feet of living area.

Greg and Maryann Rivers, of Northville, Michigan, sold their Unit 428 condominium at 5855 Midnight Pass Road to Timothy and Jessica Shaw, of Mason, Ohio, for $755,000. Built in 1976, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,755 square feet of living area. It  sold for $639,000 in 2017.

Angelo and Ruth Roatti sold their Unit GP10 condominium at 5855 Midnight Pass Road to Bryan and Jaime Brunnabend, of Orefield, Pennsylvania, for $570,000. Built in 1976, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,056 square feet of living area. It  sold for $520,000 in 2005.

Richard and Marilyn Frappa, of Orchard Park, New York, sold their Unit 617 condominium at 5855 Midnight Pass Road to 5855 Elysium LLC for $510,000. Built in 1976, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,056 square feet of living area. It  sold for $425,000 in 2017.

Earl Williams, of Cincinnati, sold the Unit 322 condominium at 5855 Midnight Pass Road to Stephen Schnulo, of Powell, Ohio, for $500,000. Built in 1976, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,211 square feet of living area. It  sold for $183,000 in 1999.

Johnny Comeaux and Anne Trimmer, of Jacksonville, sold their Unit 208 condominium at 208 Pass Key Road to Stephen Bowen, of Sarasota, for $525,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 998 square feet of living area. It  sold for $440,000 in 2016.

Stephen Sprigg and Heidi Powell, of Gainesville, sold their Unit 3-G condominium at 43 B. Sandy Cove Road to Christine Minasian, trustee, of Park Ridge, Illinois, for $485,000. Built in 1968, it has one bedroom, one bath and 561 square feet of living area. It  sold for $325,200 in 2020.

Russell and Susan MacDonald, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 26 condominium at 1215 S. Portofino Drive to Miodrag Antonijevic and Lilly Antonijevic, trustees, of Des Plaines, Illinois, for $520,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 929 square feet of living area. It  sold for $245,500 in 2013.
