Casey Key properties sell for $6 million

The following residential real estate transactions took place between July 11 and July 15.

A two-property sale on Casey Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate.  Faine and Charles Smith, of Avon by the Sea, N.J., sold two properties at 2030 Casey Key Road to Denise Cronin, of Bellbrook, Ohio, for $6 million. The first was built in 1989, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 5,035 square feet of living area. The second was built in 1950, it has one bedroom, one bath and 484 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $4,250,000 in 2004.

SARASOTA: $905,000

Kenilworth Street
Carl March, of Sarasota, sold his home at 1603 Kenilworth St. to Christopher and Cassandra Stanley, of Sarasota, for $905,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, five baths, a pool and 3,243 square feet of living area.

SIESTA KEY: $4.45 million 

Midnight Pass Road
Ponnuswamy and Deanna Natarajan, of Sarasota, sold their home at 7321 Midnight Pass Road to John and Amy Stipancich, of Sarasota, for $4,450,000. Built in 2002, it has seven bedrooms, five-and-two-half baths, a pool and 7,907 square feet of living area.

PALMER RANCH: $575,000

Deer Creek
Tobey Gaspar and Ann Bernardo, of Sarasota, sold their home at 4741 Antler Trail to Stephen and Cynthia Fox, of E. Greenwich, R.I., for $575,000. Built in 1992, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,062 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $390,000 in 2012. 

OSPREY: $480,000

Oaks II
Joan Watkins, trustee, of Frederick, Md., sold the home at 223 St. James Park to Joseph and Margaret Vaccaro, of Osprey, for $480,000. Built in 1991, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,321 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $650,000 in 2003.

Anita and Ed Hodge, of Franklin, Tenn., sold their home at 1351 N. Lake Shore Drive to Dale Wettlaufer and Carolyn Kidd, of Sarasota, for $790,000. Built in 1968, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,593 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $675,000 in 2004.

Condominium on the Bay
Suzanne Head, trustee, of Chapel Hill, N.C., sold the Unit 1104 condominium at 888 Blvd of the Arts to James and Loretta Floyd, of Orlando, for $750,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,729 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $450,000 in 2010.

Granada
Thomas and Mary Jane Pagano, trustees, of Chesterfield, Mo., sold the home at 3620 Jacinto Court to Nancy Connelly, of Sarasota, for $715,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,418 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $581,800 in 2008.

Debra Toale, of Sarasota, sold the home at 1685 Fortuna St. to Judy Phillips, trustee, of Sarasota, for $543,000. Built in 1926, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,553 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $324,000 in 2004.

Sarasota Bay Club LLC sold the Unit 906 condominium at 1301 Tamiami Trail to Richard and Carol Kaufman, of Sarasota, for $681,000. Built in 2000, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,546 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $616,000 in 2014.

South Gate
Justin Shirley sold the home at 2346 Tangerine Drive to Roger and Janice Treese, of Sarasota, for $425,000. Built in 1956, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,311 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $135,000 in 2013.

Doris and John Riordan, of Okatie, S.C., sold their home at 2402 Foster Lane to Mathilde Zyderveld-Bellanger, of Sarasota, for $225,500. Built in 1957, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,583 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $62,500 in 1986.

South Gate Manor
Lori Carey, of Longboat Key, sold her home at 3211 Dawson St. to Jason and Aida Samson, of Sarasota, for $395,000. Built in 1961, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,280 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $188,500 in 2004. 

Gulf Gate East
Floyd and Ana Warren sold their home at 3631 Kingston Blvd. to James Wyse, trustee, of Middlebury, Ind., for $322,000. Built in 1980, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,652 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $190,000 in 2011.

Sarah Risher sold the home at 4324 Rockfeller Ave. to Jarkko and Jennifer Kaurinki, of Sarasota, for $287,000. Built in 1979, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,480 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $362,500 in 2005.

Golfview
Katherine Gerhardt, of Sarasota, sold their home at to William Martell III, of Sarasota, for $280,000. Built in 1961, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,421 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $105,000 in 1998.

Denham Acres
Albert and Lucille Cote, of Sarasota, sold their home at 6107 Rodgers Ave. to Emanuel and Kristine Rigas, of Sarasota, for $259,500. Built in 1958, it has four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,660 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $167,500 in 2014.

Nicole D’Orazio, of University City, Mo., sold the home at 2365 Hawthorne St. to Robert and Kristine Franske, of Sarasota, for $250,000. Built in 1959, it has three bedrooms, one-and-a-half baths and 1,108 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $310,000 in 2007.

Pamela Kok and Stephen Lauber, trustees, and Burt Lauber sold the home at 2221 Outer Drive to Sofiya Khamitova, of Aurora, Colo., for $242,000. Built in 1956, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,744 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $137,600 in 2010.

Michael and Laureen Baker, of Rotonda West, sold their home at 4034 Lockwood Ridge Road to Alexandra Fenn and Jacqueline Fenn, of Sarasota, for $205,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,368 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $72,000 in 1987.

Harbor Towers Yacht and Racquet Club
Theresa Pasquaretto, of Merrick, N.Y., sold the Unit PH07 condominium at 5855 Midnight Pass Road to Frederic Budde and Linda Budde, trustees, of Sarasota, for $670,000. Built in 1976, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,755 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $500,000 in 2012.


Robert Rosenstern, trustee, of Aurora, Colo., sold the Unit 408 condominium at 5855 Midnight Pass Road to David and Jacqueline Grano, of E. Amherst, N.Y., for $400,000. Built in 1976, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,056 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $88,000 in 1980.

Tivoli-by-the-Sea
Brian and Elizabeth Gent, of Down, Ireland, sold their Unit 206 condominium at 625 Beach Road to Michael and Allyn Armour, of Raymond, Ill., for $662,500. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,144 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $247,000 in 1998.

Michael Mazgay, trustee, of Ontario, Canada, sold the Unit 106 condominium at 6236 Midnight Pass Road to Konrad and Dorothy Wilk, of Lemont, Ill., for $501,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,150 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $90,000 in 1979.

Hagy Investments Holdings LLC sold the Unit H-1 condominium at 4660 Ocean Blvd. to Wallace Smith and Pamela Smith, trustees, of Sarasota, for $492,000. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,200 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $450,000 in 2015.

Coastal Breeze Investments LLC sold the Unit M-2 condominium at 5600 Beach Way Drive to Mark and Haley Gravley, of Sarasota, for $470,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,182 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $400,000 in 2008.

Midnight Cove II
Bloxham Leisure Properties LLC sold the Unit 731 condominium at 1300 Midnight Cove II Place to AGG Sarasota LLC for $331,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, one-and-a-half baths and 860 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $525,000 in 2005.

Beachaven
Joseph and Anita Minella, of Carmel, N.Y., sold their Unit 40 condominium at 5858 Midnight Pass Road to Nancy Heywood, of Fastham, Mass., for $325,000. Built in 1966, it has one bedroom, one bath and 738 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $185,000 in 2001.

John and Margot Bartler, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 301 condominium at 8625 Midnight Pass Road to Kreg Hickman, of Sarasota, for $320,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,160 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $525,000 in 2005.

Eleanor Ferraiolo, trustee, of W. Newton, Mass., sold the home at 8617 Great Meadow Drive to Diane Glynn, of Louisville, Ky., for $370,000. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,072 square feet of living area.

Douglas and Debra Dennis, of Littleton, Colo., sold their Unit 106 condominium at 3864 Wilshire Circle W. to Elbert and Karen Bates, of Sarasota, for $325,000. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,884 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $210,000 in 2003.
