Aqualane Estates home sells for $1.8 million

A home in Aqualane Estates tops all real-estate transactions from May 17 to May 20. Gerard Pickhardt, of Sarasota, sold his home at 1627 Stanford Lane to George and Shelley Farr, of Sarasota, for $1.8 million. Built in 2008, it has four bedrooms, four baths, three half-baths, a pool and 5,632 square feet of living area.

Harbor Acres
Lonald and Rebecca Cassel, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1357 Harbor Drive to Robert and Brenda Biallas, of Iron Mountain, Mich., for $1.7 million. Built in 2008, it has five bedrooms, six-and-a-half baths, a pool and 6,231 square feet of living area.

Hudson Crossing
Lon and Kerry-Sue Walters, of Waterville, Maine, sold their Unit PH-D condominium at 888 S. Orange Ave. to Brian and Kathleen O’Brien, trustees, for $1.5 million. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,355 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.4 million in 2007.

Lincoln Park on Hudson Bayou
Harry Rosenblum, of Sarasota, sold his home at 1765 Lincoln Park Circle to Victor and Geraldine Martin, of Sarasota, for $1.42 million. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,378 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $975,000 in 2002.

Beau Ciel
David Bouverat and Dannial Hnidy, trustees, sold the Unit 901 condominium at 900 Blvd. of the Arts to James and Elizabeth Cooper, of Sarasota, for $1.32 million. Built in 2003, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 3,100 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.55 million in 2006.

John and Carol Aldrich, of Sarasota, sold their Unit E1011 condominium at 100 Central Ave. to Philip and Marta Grande, of Sarasota, for $895,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,173 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $950,000 in 2007.

Burgess Levin and Mary Saily, of Reston, Va., sold their Unit PH-06 condominium at 100 Central Ave. to Renee Hymson, of Sarasota, for $732,500. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,707 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $792,500 in 2006.

Essex House
John and Marianne Sullivan, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 903 condominium at 707 S. Gulfstream Ave. to Richard Thielen, trustee, for $580,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,180 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $444,000 in 2004.

Phillippi Landings
PL Development B LLC sold the Unit 605 condominium at 5531 Cannes Circle to Daniel and Patricia Parsons, of Delmar, N.Y., for $365,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,720 square feet of living area.

Harbor House West
Victoria Van Vliet, of Sarasota, sold her Unit 51 condominium at 226 Golden Gate Point to Cornelia Matson, trustee, for $349,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,396 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $515,000 in 2004.

Seminole Heights
Andrea Deutsch-Caufield and Alexis Porter, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1601 Prospect St. to Gary and Helen Spencer, of Sarasota, for $295,000. Built in 1976, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,478 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $69,500 in 1979.

Citrus Square
Citrus Square Inc. sold the Unit 306 condominium at 455 N. Orange Ave. to Marilee Sanders, trustee, for $291,100. Built in 2009, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 924 square feet of living area.

Holiday Harbor
William and Melanie Garrett, of Denver, N.C., sold their home at 7860 Holiday Drive to James Tate and Susan Honsberger, of Sarasota, for $231,800. Built in 1957, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,196 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $186,000 in
2005.

U.S. Bank NA, trustee, sold the home at 7306 Point of Rocks Road to Ronald and Lisa Kuchera, of Johnstown, Pa., for $1.67 million. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,506 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.15 million in 2003.

Heron Lagoon Lodges
Andrea, Jansen and Melissa Wood, trustees, sold the home at 8516 Heron Lagoon Circle to Brad Mandell, trustee, for $825,000. Built in 1949, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 3,747 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $100,000 in 1984.

Gulf and Bay Club
GB402F LLC sold the Unit 402 condominium at 5740 Midnight Pass Road to Richard Mullen, of Dayton, Ohio, for $729,000. Built in 1986, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,337 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $810,000 in 2003.

Siesta Revised
Stephen Conway and Kim Betz, of Raleigh, N.C., sold their home at 117 Pierson Lane to Ronald and Donna Posner, of Easton, Md., for $582,500. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,920 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $319,000 in 2000.

Crescent Arms
James and Kathleen Philpott, of Wheaton, Ill., sold their Unit 305-S condominium at 6312 Midnight Pass Road to TRAM for $385,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 894 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $525,000 in 2004.

Ecles Ltd. sold the Unit 201 condominium at to Jerrel and Bonnie Brotman, of Bettendorf, Iowa, for $359,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,401 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $197,000 in 2000.

Paradise Cove
Terry and Norma Hagerman, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 206 condominium at 6600 Peacock Road to Dara Spiro and Peter Fassbender, of Cranford, N.J., for $255,500. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,196 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $120,000 in 1998.

Sarasota Beach
Robert Benigni and Charles Braden, of Murrieta, Calif., sold their home at 5429 Avenida del Mare to Michael and Anne Harris, of Chaumont, N.Y., for $250,000. Built in 1952, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 990 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $675,000 in 2005.

Deutsche Bank National Trust Co. sold the home at 5354 Calle Florida to Jamie Hagen, of Sarasota, for $249,900. Built in 1954, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,659 square feet of living area.

Donna Lexell, of Sarasota, sold her home at 8878 Bloomfield Blvd. to Jacqueline Romer, of Sarasota, for $660,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,799 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $639,100 in 2001.

Villagewalk
Vincent and Judith Modica, of Fairfax, Va., sold their home at 8828 Etera Drive to Lorraine Blaszyk, of Sarasota, for $250,000. Built in 2002, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,541 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $277,000 in 2004.

Stoneybrook Clubside South
Donald and Ruth Sforza, of Orlando, sold their Unit 6205 condominium at 9630 Club South Circle to Jeffrey Kuester, of Sarasota, for $172,000. Built in 1996, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,106 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $168,000 in 2003.

Emerald Woods at Oaks III
Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp. sold the home at 198 Turquoise Lane to Timothy and Marling Capadalis, of Osprey, for $307,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,301 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $357,600 in 2002.
