Paradise Yacht Club Inc. sold the home at 3917 Casey Key Road to John Briggs III and Leslie Briggs, trustees, of Nokomis, for $2,275,000. Built in 1956, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 2,679 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.85 million in 2005.
