Members of the Sarasota Yacht Club and participating sailors gathered for a kickoff party Friday, Nov. 9, before its 12th annual regatta to benefit the Sarasota Youth Sailing program. Boaters competed in classes including spinnaker, racer cruiser, non-spinnaker, true cruising, pocket cruiser and multihull.
