Late-night cookie chain opens its first store in Sarasota

If you ever find yourself with a midnight craving, a new expansion of a bakery chain to Sarasota may cater to your sweet tooth. 

Insomnia Cookies has opened its first store in Sarasota, located at 2264 Gulf Gate Drive. 

The bakery is open until late at night, at times ranging from 1 a.m. to 3 a.m. While it offers in-store pickup, it is also known for its late-night delivery options. 

This location is the brand’s 16th store in Florida and 348th nationwide.  

Customers can enjoy warm cookies that include Classic Chocolate Chunk, Snickerdoodle and Confetti Deluxe, as well as Cookies in Ice Cream varieties, brookies, brownies, blondies, vegan options and a limited-edition menu.
