Description: Program Three unites two acclaimed choreographers in a dynamic mix of classical and narrative ballet. Balanchine’s Divertimento No. 15, a Mozart-inspired favorite, returns to showcase his elegant precision and devotion to the composer. His Mozartiana, set to Tchaikovsky’s score, debuts as a Company Premiere, reflecting the shared reverence of both masters for Mozart. Finally, Ashton’s Jazz Calendar closes the evening with witty, character-driven choreography and vibrant 1960s jazz flair, complete with Derek Jarman’s imaginative designs.
