Summer Chef Jam kicks off with Mattison's City Grille
The annual food and beer event featured three small plates from Chef Paul Mattison.

Shamrock Pub and Edible Sarasota kicked off the annual Summer Chef Jam series Tuesday, June 8. Chef Paul Mattison prepared three small plates, cooked on a charcoal grill, which were paired with bottomless pints of Florida craft beers. Kurtos Inc. and Out and About Coffee were also onsite to provide desserts. The event continues each Tuesday through Aug. 9.
The second dish of the evening was seafood paella, paired with Big Top Brewing Co.'s Key Lime Wheat.
