Home at 1031 Contento St. was the top seller in Sarasota, Siesta Key, Palmer Ranch, Osprey and Nokomis for the week of Aug. 23-27.

A home in Siesta Isles tops all transactions in this week’s real estate.Theodore Ritter and Harma Nijhof, trustees, of Green Cove Spring, sold the home at 1031 Contento St. to Dale and Sara Linnes, of Eastsound, Washington, for $1,565,000. Built in 1971, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,853 square feet of living area. It  sold for $530,000 in 2012.

Oyster Bay Estates

Christine Chwallek and Creig Beaghler sold their home at 1625 Field Road to John and Rebecca English, of Sarasota, for $1.1 million. Built in 1982, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,539 square feet of living area. It  sold for $400,000 in 2012.

Akmal and Mary Khan, trustees, sold the Unit 1710 condominium at 988 Blvd. of th Arts to Nicholas Joseph DeBellis and Susan Anne DeBellis, of Easton, Connecticut, for $1.1 million. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,555 square feet of living area. It  sold for $379,000 in 2012.

Sandra Sanders, of Sarasota, sold her home at 1646 Baywinds Lane to Kathleen Joan Parker, of Sarasota, for $1,015,000. Built in 1978, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,300 square feet of living area. It  sold for $354,500 in 2019.

Patricia Kordis, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 1101 condominium at 435 S. Gulfstream Ave. to Mollie Nelson Holland, of Sarasota, for $937,500. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,855 square feet of living area. It  sold for $775,000 in 2019.

Ronald Kronthal and Richard Kronthal, trustees, of Washington, D.C., sold the Unit 1105 condominium at 435 S. Gulfstream Ave. to Ronald Stanley Moskal, of Sarasota, for $625,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,537 square feet of living area. It  sold for $400,000 in 2016.

The Seven Seas Group LLC sold the home at 427 S. Shore Drive to Peter and Kathy Granger, of Sarasota, for $812,500. Built in 1952, it has four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,512 square feet of living area. It  sold for $348,000 in 2015.

Circum LLC sold two properties at 2297 Arlington St. to Amy Danette Cowley and Cherry Lynne Williams, of Sarasota, for $600,000. The first property was built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,078 square feet of living area. The second property was built in 1985, it has one bedroom, one bath and 621 square feet of living area. It  sold for $275,000 in 2019.

Beverly Rayfield, of Sarasota, sold her Unit 1209 condominium at 1350 Main St. to Floyd Kenyon, of Sarasota, for $470,000. Built in 2007, it has one bedroom, one bath and 895 square feet of living area. It  sold for $347,500 in 2007.

Jean Luongo, trustee, of Oxford, New Jersey, sold the home at 2301 Lindstrom St. to Jennifer Bright, of Sarasota, for $480,000. Built in 2020, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,246 square feet of living area. It  sold for $371,700 in 2020.

Thomas Talucci, of Bradenton, sold his home at 1371 13th St. to Michael Malak, of Denver, for $459,000. Built in 1929, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,258 square feet of living area. It  sold for $230,000 in 2020.

Timothy Joe Mullins and Deborah Arlynne Widmer, of Sarasota, sold their home at 5168 Sandy Cove Ave. to Atlas Painting and Sheeting Corp. Inc. for $1 million. Built in 1976, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,402 square feet of living area. It  sold for $505,000 in 2012.

Midnight Pass Ltd. sold the Unit 332 condominium at 5963 Midnight Pass Road to Jenny Hung, trustee, of Chatham, New Jersey, for $700,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,270 square feet of living area. It  sold for $800,000 in 2005.

John and Leah Phillips, of Sarasota, sold their home at 5735 Ferrara Drive to Rene Chapman, of Louisville, Kentucky, for $538,900. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,008 square feet of living area. It  sold for $248,800 in 2002.
