A condominium in Block 6 tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. James and Susan Ogle, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 1005 condominium at 401 Quay Commons to John and Pauline Groetelaars, of Sarasota, for $7 million. Built in 2021, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 3,647 square feet of living area. It sold for $3,480,100 in 2021.

Jordan Letschert and William Price, of Denver, sold their home at 2624 Mulberry Terrace to Michael Strauss and Robin Klein-Strauss, of Sarasota, for $3.35 million. Built in 2021, it has five bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,744 square feet of living area. It sold for $2,359,500 in 2021.
