A condominium in Ten35 tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Cynthia Bontrager, trustee, of Bristol, Indiana, sold the Unit 501 condominium at 1035 Seaside Drive to Gary Beltrani and Lori Beltrani, trustees, of Sarasota, for $5.1 million. Built in 2023, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,631 square feet of living area. It sold for $3.95 million in 2023.

The Tower Residences

Robert and Linda Easterle, of Raleigh, North Carolina, sold their Unit 1002 condominium at 35 Watergate Drive to Hanno Edgar Holm and Bettina Malacarne Holm, of Denver, for $3.45 million. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, four baths and 3,751 square feet of living area. It sold for $1,975,000 in 2013.


Bayso

Michael and Suzanne Allers, of Alameda, California, sold their Unit 504 condominium at 301 Quay Commons to Tag Investment Resources LLC for $1.36 million. Built in 2023, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 1,678 square feet of living area. It sold for $961,000 in 2023.


Worrington Street

Mark and Shannon Mathieson sold their home at 1712 Worrington St. to John Soucy, of Sarasota, for $1.2 million. Built in 2017, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,566 square feet of living area. It sold for $675,000 in 2017.


One Hundred Central

Robert Laven, of Albany, New York, sold the Unit K917 condominium at 100 Central Ave. to Dennis Jarosh and Joseph Petri, of Sarasota, for $1,135,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,707 square feet of living area. It sold for $745,000 in 2006.


Alinari

Michael and Mary Jo Gaio sold their Unit 1415 condominium at 800 N. Tamiami Trail to John Beyer and Donna Jackson, of Cincinnati, for $1 million. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,323 square feet of living area. It sold for $440,000 in 2014.


Sarasota Bay Club

Sarasota Bay Club LLC sold the Unit 1003 condominium at 1301 Tamiami Trail to Leslie Kahn, of Sarasota, for $975,000. Built in 2000, it has one bedroom, one-and-a-half baths and 1,161 square feet of living area. It sold for $865,000 in 2023.


332 Cocoanut

Kaylan Montoya, of Sarasota, sold her Unit 402 condominium at 1338 Fourth St. to Thomas and Lisa Blasey, of Birmingham, Alabama, for $837,000. Built in 2021, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,117 square feet of living area. It sold for $718,900 in 2021.


Bayview Acres

Frank Dobbs, as Personal Representative, sold the home at 1849 Baywood Drive to David Payne, trustee, of Sarasota, for $800,000. Built in 1956, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,106 square feet of living area. It sold for $372,000 in 2000.


Phillippi Landings

Matthew and Rita Longo, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 702 condominium at 1921 Monte Carlo Drive to Robert Matheny, of Sarasota, for $750,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,706 square feet of living area. It sold for $382,900 in 2014.

Eagles Point at the Landings

Michael Lapidus sold the Unit 101 condominium at 5430 Eagles Point Circle to William and Lynne Dinner, of Sarasota, for $687,500. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,936 square feet of living area. It sold for $400,000 in 2002.


Bay’s Bluff

George Sahm and Jeanine Frumenti, of Sarasota, sold their Uni 103 condominium at 1100 Imperial Drive to Robert and Kimberly Mcaninch, of Sarasota, for $657,000. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,160 square feet of living area. It sold for $629,000 in 2023.


Phillippi Gardens

Linda Long and Larry Long, of Sarasota, sold their home at 5556 America Drive to Lester Ahern, of Sarasota, for $600,000. Built in 1969, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,086 square feet of living area.


Golden Acres

JMB Management Trust LLC sold the home at 3005 Yorktown St. to Tina Tran and Sam Trinh, of Lawrenceville, Gregoria, for $565,000. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,775 square feet of living area. It sold for $432,000 in 2022.


Gulf Gate Woods

Patricia Harlow, of Springfield, Ohio, sold the home at 7318 Biltmore Drive to Sandy and Bradford Woods, of Sarasota, for $540,000. Built in 1972, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,889 square feet of living area. It sold for $127,000 in 1988.


Gulf Gate

Wallace Black and Judith Lundy Black, of Canal Winchester, Ohio, sold their home at 6512 Bowline Drive to Kristopher Don Kutcher and Blake Andrew Scheer, of Quincy, Illinois, for $535,000. Built in 1967, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,496 square feet of living area. It sold for $99,500 in 1991.

Jimmy Truong and Annie Nguyen, of Huntington Beach, California, sold their home at 2737 Post Road to Teri and Adrian Moore, of Sarasota, for $528,500. Built in 1966, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,631 square feet of living area. It sold for $605,000 in 2022.

Elizabeth Bowman, of Enfield, Connecticut, sold the home at 6727 Keystone Drive to Vince and Kelly Van, of Sarasota, for $515,000. Built in 1968, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,904 square feet of living area. It sold for $330,000 in 2016.

Blake and Natalie Lyons, of Sarasota, sold their home at 4212 Riverwood Ave. to Christopher Sutter, of Sarasota, for $510,000. Built in 1957, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,595 square feet of living area. It sold for $225,000 in 2017.


South Gate

Edward Rumzis and Andrea Azem, of Sarasota, sold their home at 3246 Elmore Place to Daniel Yohann, of Sarasota, for $500,000. Built in 1965, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,314 square feet of living area. It sold for $465,000 in 2022.

Bay Island Shores

Patrick Roy, of Ontario, Canada, sold the home at 832 Freeling Drive to Danielle and Austin Davis, of Sarasota, for $4.8 million. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,788 square feet of living area. It sold for $1,862,500 in 2014.


Ten35

Gary and Lori Beltrani, trustees, sold the Unit 301 condominium at 1035 Seaside Drive to BEA Investments LLC for $4.3 million. Built in 2023, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,110 square feet of living area. It sold for $2,725,000 in 2023.


Sarasota Beach

Dino and Donna DeRose sold their home at250 Island Circle to 250 Island Circle LLC for $4.2 million. Built in 2016, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,416 square feet of living area. It sold for $2,165,000 in 2020. 


Siesta Cove

Anthony and Bonnie Farello, of Sarasota, sold their home at 5322 Siesta Cove Drive to Steven and Patricia Kelmar, of Alexandria, Virginia, for $3.5 million. Built in 1979, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,571 square feet of living area. It sold for $1.25 million in 2014.


Horizons West

Howard and Marsha Miller, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 805 condominium at 6140 Midnight Pass Road to James Daniel Pittman and Krista Lynn Pittman, trustees, of Hartville, Ohio, for $1.9 million. Built in 1967, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,882 square feet of living area. It sold for $750,000 in 2012.


Siesta Sands Resort

Mark and Linda Suchter, of Summit, Pennsylvania, sold their Unit 611 condominium at 1001 Point of Rocks Road to Daniel and Cynthia Bohrer, of Brookfield, Wisconsin, for $1.9 million. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,598 square feet of living area. It sold for $430,000 in 1998.


Point O’Rocks Terrace Addition

Dario and Linda Stucchi, of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, sold their home at 1001 Crescent St. to Robert Stanley and Nancy VanGheluew-Stanley, of Ft. Wayne, Indiana, for $1,675,000. Built in 1988, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,514 square feet of living area. It sold for $950,000 in 2020.


Somerset Cay

Michael and Joan Fenster, of Hillsborough, New Jersey, sold their Unit 24 condominium at 9122 Midnight Pass Road to K.R. Schulz and Ann Schulz, trustees, of Sarasota, for $1,325,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,558 square feet of living area. It sold for $815,000 in 2009.

Brandon and Kelly Sallee sold their home at 4520 Higel Ave. to Timothy Tevyaw and Harris Alkins, of Lakewood, Illinois, for $1,225,000. Built in 1958, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,214 square feet of living area. It sold for $582,000 in 2019.


E.S. Boyd’s

Joan Mohr, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the home at 651 Mangrove Point Road to Tenx Adventures LLC for $1.2 million. Built in 1966, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,167 square feet of living area. It sold for $164,000 in 1994.


Siesta Dunes Beach

R.H. and Marie Gorham, of New Brunswick, Canada, sold their Unit 301 condominium at 6208 Midnight Pass Road to Dunes of Siesta Beach LLC for $1.1 million. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,150 square feet of living area. It sold for $158,000 in 1980.


Turtle Bay

Loretta Mary Kille, of Sarasota, sold her Unit 101-B condominium at 8735 Midnight Pass Road to The Real Estate Parking Co. Inc. for $1.01 million. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,972 square feet of living area. It sold for $690,000 in 2021.


Fisherman’s Cove

Jenny Vogt, of Naperville, Illinois, and Daniel Major, of Joliet, Illinois, sold their Unit 313 condominium at 9000 Blind Pass Road to Thomas Jeffery Doyle and Nancy Lou Doyle, of Byron Center, Michigan, for $820,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 969 square feet of living area. It sold for $335,000 in 1999.

Eliza Ladd Schwartz, of Shaker Heights, Ohio, sold her home at 4103 Turks Cap Place to David Kenworthy and Jennifer Pierson, of Sarasota, for $665,000. Built in 1948, it has three bedrooms, one-and-a-half baths and 1,828 square feet of living area. It sold for $260,000 in 2016.


Midnight Cove II

Susan Lasky, of Sarasota, sold her Unit 421 condominium at 1600 Cove II Place to David and Jacqueline Fleming, of Sarasota, for $582,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, one-and-a-half baths and 860 square feet of living area. It sold for $102,000 in 1991.

Martin and Delores Wieland, of Bloomington, Illinois, sold their Unit 1 condominium at 6154 Midnight Pass Road to William and Diane Manderville, of Sarasota, for $560,000. Built in 1966, it has one bedroom, one bath and 728 square feet of living area. It sold for $350,000 in 2017.

1246649 Ontario Inc. sold the Unit 3 condominium at 9054 Midnight Pass Road to Steven Onley and Karyn Onley, trustees, of Wilmington, Delaware, for $555,000. Built in 1983, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,388 square feet of living area. It sold for $170,000 in 1997.

Mark and Linda Hoffman sold their Unit C-32 condominium at 6157 Midnight Pass Road to LOCALLOG LLC for $550,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 1,332 square feet of living area. It sold for $315,000 in 2007.


Siesta Harbour

Robert Zitkus, trustee, of Baileys Harbor, Wisconsin, sold the Unit 25 condominium at 1215 S. Portofino Drive to Maureen Harvey and Joseph King, trustees, of Sarasota, for $530,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 991 square feet of living area. It sold for $83,000 in 1988.

William and Kimberly Hancock, of Gulfport, sold their Unit 202 condominium at 1300 N. Portofino Drive to Robert Francis Scott and Anita Patricia Scott of Lakeville, Minnesota, for $505,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 929 square feet of living area. It sold for $357,200 in 2006.

Paul Keber and Susan McGraw-Keber, of E. Hampton, New York, sold their home at 8282 Shadow Pine Way to Hollis Ann Sutherland, of Sarasota, for $750,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,526 square feet of living area. It sold for $285,000 in 2011.

William Dalton and Jennifer Putnam, of Sarasota, sold their home at 12209 Marsh Pointe Road to Wayne Serfass and Sara Mulford, of Sarasota, for $530,000. Built in 2017, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,549 square feet of living area. It sold for $308,100 in 2017.

Pamela Wright, trustee, sold the home at 6371 Sturbridge Court to Vinodhen and Lisa Naidoo, of Sarasota, for $505,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,916 square feet of living area. It sold for $310,000 in 2018.

Kaye Ferry, of Vail, Colorado, sold her home at 453 Webbs Cove to Ellis Hyman and Kelly Ann Soto Hyman, of Osprey, for $1.6 million. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,953 square feet of living area. It sold for $585,000 in 1993.
