Top residential real estate sales for Dec. 11-22 in Sarasota, Siesta Key, Palmer Ranch, Osprey, Nokomis

A condominium in The Residences tops all transactions in this week's real estate. James and Virginia Ashton, of Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, sold their Unit 1404 condominium at 1111 Ritz Carlton Drive to Simon Massey Smith and Barbara Jane Smith, of Ontario, Canada, for $2.8 million. Built in 2001, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,754 square feet of living area. It sold for $1.8 million in 2021. 

Sarasota

The Landings

Colin and Lindsay Galvin, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1447 Peregrine Point Drive to Ken and Jill Brodkowitz, of Sarasota, for $2.16 million. Built in 1990, it has five bedrooms, six-and-a-half baths, a pool and 8,153 square feet of living area. It sold for $1.85 million in 2021. 

Sylvan Shores

Grzegorz Twarowski, of Sarasota, sold his home at 1030 Sylvan Drive to Kenny Hernandez, of Bradenton, for $1,715,000. Built in 1957, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 927 square feet of living area. It sold for $400,000 in 2004.

Greenwich

Helmut Zodl and Violetta Gratsou Zodl sold two properties at 2205 and 2215 Datura St. to Alayna Linton, of Sarasota, for $1.65 million. The property at 2205 was built in 2020 and has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,779 square feet of living area. The property at 2215 was built in 2020 and has one bedroom, one bath and 576 square feet of living area. They sold for $1.18 million in 2021.

Ronald Jay Bronson and Sara Hunt Bronson sold two properties at 2850 Bay Shore Road to Julia Bredin, trustee, of Lees Summit, Missouri, for $1.6 million. The first property was built in 1957 and has three bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,891 square feet of living area. The second property was built in 1997 and has one bedroom, one bath and 638 square feet of living area. They sold for $1.2 million in 2022.

Natalie Ladin, trustee, and Jed David Ladin, of Sarasota, sold the home at 3003 Rose St. to Barbara Lillian Boeck, of Sarasota, for $535,000. Built in 1972, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,511 square feet of living area. It sold for $210,000 in 2017. 

William Eric Potter and Amy Lynn Potter, of Signal Mountain, Tennessee, sold their home at 2914 Satsuma Drive to Dori Qi Gao, of Sarasota, for $527,500. Built in 1961, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,566 square feet of living area. It sold for $102,000 in 1994.
