Top residential real estate sales for Jan. 15-19 in Sarasota, Siesta Key, Palmer Ranch, Osprey, Nokomis

A condominium in The Tower Residences tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Edward Wroble and Lynn Wentworth sold their Unit 1502 condominium at 35 Watergate Drive to Salvatore and Patricia Santarosa, of Sarasota, for $3,829,900. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, four baths and 3,751 square feet of living area. It sold for $2.656 million in 2020.

Mark Sarasota

Donald Robinson and Suzannah Holland Robinson, trustees, of Windermere, sold the Units 503 and 504 condominium at 111 S. Pineapple Ave. to Keith and Kristie Harrison, of Sarasota, for $3,195,000. Built in 2019, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths and 3,053 square feet of living area. It sold for $2,995,000 in 2022.

Mark and Caroline Ogiony, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 1016 condominium at 111 S. Pineapple Ave. to Kenneth and Kerry Gorman, of Sarasota, for $1.64 million. Built in 2019, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,585 square feet of living area. It sold for $963,800 in 2020.

Michael and Jeralyn Fernandes, trustees, of Dartmouth, Massachusetts, sold the Unit 1117 condominium at 988 Blvd. of the Arts to Robert Brown Yules and Susan Chrein Yules, of Sarasota, for $2.6 million. Built in 1982, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,315 square feet of living area. It sold for $2.7 million in 2022.

Ellen Rosman, trustee, sold the home at 1723 Spring Creek Drive to Heidi Anderson, of Sarasota, for $1.7 million. Built in 1945, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,671 square feet of living area. It sold for $750,000 in 2012.

Riggs Landing

Mairead Kehoe, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 403 condominium at 1762 Bay St. to Orla O’Reilly Hazra and Sanat Hazra, trustees, of Sarasota, for $1.35 million. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,183 square feet of living area. It sold for $860,000 in 2018.

Amy Drachman, of Sarasota, sold her home at 4955 Landings Court to Eugene and Janice Griffin, of Sarasota, for $1,225,000. Built in 1981, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,722 square feet of living area. It sold for $605,000 in 2020.

Jane Ayers Beck, trustee, of Amherst, New Hampshire, sold the home at 8243 Varenna Drive to James Beach and Margaret Beach, trustees, of Beavercreek, Ohio, for $776,500. Built in 2014, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,886 square feet of living area. It sold for $477,500 in 2015.

Southern Customs Design Build LLC sold the home at 2516 Regatta Drive to Jacqueline Dimeglio and Ellen Demaio, of Sarasota, for $613,000. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,488 square feet of living area. It sold for $490,000 in 2023.

Andrew Dunn sold the home at 2710 Silver King Way to Silver King Rentals LLC for $610,000. Built in 1972, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,910 square feet of living area. It sold for $399,000 in 2020.

Citrus Square

Alexander Lobrano Jr., of France, sold his Unit 208 condominium at 445 N. Orange Ave. to MBFZ LLC for $575,000. Built in 2009, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,173 square feet of living area. It sold for $432,000 in 2016.

Scott Barcomb, of Sarasota, sold his home at 2733 Grove St. to Karl Ricanek Jr., of Wilmington, North Carolina, for $545,000. Built in 1957, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,726 square feet of living area. It sold for $380,000 in 2021.

Patricia Brown, trustee, of Hockessin, Delaware, sold the Unit 1311-A condominium at 1311 Siesta Bayside Drive to Courtney Colling and Heidi and David Collins, of Siesta Key, for $730,000.
