Top residential real estate sales for Oct. 23-27 in Sarasota, Siesta Key, Palmer Ranch

A home in the White Beach Fruit Co. subdivision tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Sea Bear LLC sold two properties at 7340 Point of Rocks Road to Marco and Dana Assis, of Shawnee, Kansas, for $5.35 million. The first property was built in 1936 and has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,268 square feet of living area. The second property was built in 1964 and has one bedroom, one bath and 408 square feet of living area. They sold for $3.8 million in 2021. 

Sarasota

Sarasota Bay Club

Sarasota Bay Club LLC sold the Unit 314 condominium at 1301 Tamiami Trail to Jack and Judy Bloch, of Sarasota, for $2.28 million. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,299 square feet of living area. It sold for $900,000 in 2014. 

Sarasota Bay Club LLC sold the Unit 724 condominium at 1299 Tamiami Trail to Judith Sauertieg, of Sarasota, for $1,175,000. Built in 2003, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,524 square feet of living area. It sold for $745,000 in 2015. 

Sarasota Bay Club LLC sold the Unit 403 condominium at 1301 Tamiami Trail to Ann Weber, of Sarasota, for $750,000. Built in 2000, it has one bedroom, one-and-a-half baths and 1,161 square feet of living area. It sold for $517,000 in 2021.

Bay View Heights Addition

Peter Stephan Imrik and Dale Eric Bowyer, of Santa Fe, New Mexico, sold their home at 1717 Bayview Drive to Elizabeth Siegfried, of Ontario, Canada, for $1.75 million. Built in 1959, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,270 square feet of living area. It sold for $490,000 in 2002. 

Bay Plaza

Judith Mary Jones, of Tampa, sold the Unit 1201 condominium at 1255 N. Gulfstream Ave. to William Collier, Elizabeth Beachell, Laura Washington and Linda Armstrong, trustees, of Sarasota, for $1,475,000. Built in 1982, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,901 square feet of living area. It sold for $240,000 in 1986.

Grove Heights

Terra Land Trustee LLC sold the home at 1842 Grove St. to Kenneth Pierce, of Tampa, for $1,465,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,072 square feet of living area. It sold for $1.15 million in March. 

The Condominium on the Bay

Stephen Johnson and Sharon Spelman, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 1214 condominium at 988 Blvd. of the Arts to Tom and Kara Olenzak, of Philadelphia, for $1.4 million. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,729 square feet of living area. It sold for $342,000 in 2000. 

South Gate

Norwood Restoration Group Inc. sold the home at 2402 Goldenrod St. to Jennifer Zaborney, of Sarasota, for $970,000. Built in 1957, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,576 square feet of living area. It sold for $550,000 in 2022.

Payne Park Village

Lisa Sun Chai sold the home at 403 Gowdy Road to Nicholas Paul Caporossi and Maura Kathleen Keenan, of Sarasota, for $865,000. Built in 2021, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,050 square feet of living area. It sold for $540,000 in 2021. 

Rivo at Ringling

Carl James Burmeister and Penelope Helen Burmeister and Todd James Burmeister sold their Unit 1105 condominium at 1771 Ringling Blvd. to Nathan Goldwasser and Shelley Labiner, of Montclair, New Jersey, for $760,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,483 square feet of living area. It sold for $425,000 in 2019.

William Reynolds and Stacy Lynn St. Julian, of Saugatuck, Michigan, sold their home at 4344 Kingston Loop to Migdalia Merida and Johnathon Cornish, of Sarasota, for $749,000. Built in 1982, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,720 square feet of living area. It sold for $392,900 in 2020.

Built in 2005, it has one bedroom, two baths and 1,180 square feet of living area. It sold for $332,000 in 2005. 

Michelle Wendling sold her Unit B409 condominium at 100 Central Ave. to Robin Dawn Ratushewitz, of Sarasota, for $565,000. Built in 2005, it has one bedroom, two baths and 1,180 square feet of living area. It sold for $600,000 in 2022.
