A home on Siesta Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Reed Dennis Copsey and Anne Tether Dennis, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the home at 8415 Midnight Pass Road to Blake and Brittany Gratton, trustees, of Sarasota, for $4,775,000. Built in 1996, it has five bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 5,838 square feet of living area. It sold for $2 million in 2014.


 

Sarasota

The Savoy on Palm

Albert and Norma Cohen, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 1001 condominium at 401 S. Palm Ave. to Edgar Snyder, trustee, of Longboat Key, for $3.1 million. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 3,172 square feet of living area. It sold for $1.95 million in 2013.


Mark Sarasota

Maria Pia Ghezzi, of Sarasota, sold her Unit 507 condominium at 111 S. Pineapple Ave. to Brian and Sheila Serino, of Sarasota, for $1.3 million. Built in 2019, it has one bedroom, one-and-a-half baths and 1,339 square feet of living area. It sold for $775,000 in 2021.


Morton Terrace

Michael and Panyada Sachs, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1641 Waldemere St. to Starfincook LLC for $1,164,000. Built in 1950, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 935 square feet of living area. It sold for $125,000 in 1995.


Sarasota Bay Club

Sarasota Bay Club LLC sold the Unit 704 condominium at 1301 Tamiami Trail to Robert and Nancy Lindeman, of Sarasota, for $980,000. Built in 2000, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,424 square feet of living area. It sold for $712,000 in 2020.


Alfred Park

Mollydooker Enterprises LLC sold the home at 2522 Hillview St. to Michael Alan Sachs and Panyada Sachs, of Sarasota, for $897,500. Built in 1959, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,794 square feet of living area. It sold for $110,000 in 2000.


Forest Lakes Country Club Estates

April Upchurch, of Chapel Hill, North Carolina, sold her home at 3259 Pine Valley Drive to Our Grateful Hearts LLC for $655,000. Built in 1965, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,932 square feet of living area. It sold for $515,000 in 2021.


Pelican Cove

Elizabeth Yellin, trustee, sold the Unit 149 condominium at 1526 Pelican Point Drive to Kathryn Lenz, of Grosse Pointe, Michigan, for $650,000. Built in 1976, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,635 square feet of living area. It sold for $450,000 in 2007.


Grovelawn

William and Diana Michel, of Sarasota, sold their home at 2105 Hibiscus St. to Jay Baumgardner and Theresa Bresin, of Tampa, for $525,000. Built in 1956, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,420 square feet of living area. It sold for $70,000 in 1994.


Siesta Key

The Terrace

Christopher Darien Davenport, of Sarasota, sold his Unit 93 condominium at 5400 Ocean Blvd. to Angela Van Vliet, trustee, of McCordsville, Indiana, for $1.94 million. Built in 1970, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,437 square feet of living area. It sold for $1.1 million in 2014.


Fisherman’s Cove Addition

Phillip and Linda Stone, of Wadsworth, Ohio, sold their Unit A-105 condominium at 8900 Blind Pass Road to Adam Robinson, of Sarasota, for $939,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 997 square feet of living area. It sold for $760,000 in 2022.

Island House

G&M Home Properties sold the Unit 17 condominium at 6150 Midnight Pass Road to Bradley and Sharon Peterson and Stephen and Constance Smith, of Otsego, Minnesota, for $830,000. Built in 1967, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 939 square feet of living area. It sold for $664,000 in 2022.


Palmer Ranch 

Hamptons

Michael and Susanne Adams, of Sarasota, sold their home at 4984 Flagstone Drive to Jeffrey Weidner and Edward Rowe, of Sarasota, for $680,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,206 square feet of living area. It sold for $295,000 in 2011.


Palisades at Palmer Ranch

Warren Russell, of Manchester, Connecticut, sold his Unit 7 condominium at 7172 Rue De Palisades to Barbara Ann Esposito, trustee, of Sarasota, for $635,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,371 square feet of living area. It sold for $499,900 in 2006.


Villagewalk

Margery Hafner, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the home at 7716 Camminare Drive to Robert and Julie Boczek, of Knox, Indiana, for $565,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,534 square feet of living area. It sold for $333,500 in 2019.


Osprey

Willowbend

Tiffany Tunnell-Pierce, as Personal Representative, of Punta Gorda, sold the home at 1323 Thornapple Drive to Robert Gordon, of Osprey, for $670,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,336 square feet of living area.


Bay Oaks Estates

Sharon Morea, of Osprey, sold her home at 506 Oak Bay Drive to Adriana Toth, of Millville, Delaware, for $655,000. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 1,944 square feet of living area. It sold for $506,000 in July.


Nokomis

Anthony Dean Miller and Julie Miller, of Carmel, Indiana, sold their home at 413 W. Rossetti Drive to Diane Ferro, of Nokomis, for $530,000. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,633 square feet of living area. It sold for $506,000 in July.
